The Metropolitan Tuguegarao Water District, Through The Corporate Operating Budget For Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Provided Below Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Following Projects With Project Identification No. Mtwd-pb 24-06-027 To Wit: Supply Of Materials, Labor And Equipment For The Drilling, Construction And Development Of One (1) Pilot Test/ Production Well No. 2 At Namabbalan Norte (p 3,270,000.00) Supply Of Materials, Labor And Equipment For The Drilling, Construction And Development Of One (1) Pilot Test/ Production Well No. 3 At Linao Norte, Tuguegarao City (p 3,700,000.00) Total P 6,970,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Metropolitan Tuguegarao Water District Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 400 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
