The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed certain categories of work(s) during the last 07 years. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The similar nature of work includes supply, erection, testing, and commissioning work of certain voltage levels of DC or AC traction substation or substation. Substantially Completed Work means an ongoing work in which payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. However, specific details such as the value, percentage of similar works completed, amount, and percentage are not mentioned in the certificates and testimonials regarding contracting experience.
