The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, In Accordance With Sections 7.5 And 7.6 Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (rirr), Allowing Early Procurement Activities (epa) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Million, Four Hundred Seventy-five Thousand, Eight Hundred Thirteen Pesos And Fifty-eight Centavos (php7,475,813.58) Being The National Expenditure Program (nep) Submitted To Congress As The Indicative Annual Procurement Plan (iapp) Based On The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Drainage Improvement At Brgy. San Isidro, District Iv, Quezon City. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. No Award Of Contract Shall Be Made Until The Approval And Effectivity Of The General Appropriations Act (gaa). 2. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred Fifty (150) Calendar Days.
