The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, Through The Ra 12116 General Appropriations Act (gaa) 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fourteen Million, Nine Hundred Eighty-nine Thousand, Nine Hundred Forty-five Pesos And Four Centavos (php14,989,945.04) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Improvement / Maintenance Of Drainage System Along Oroquieta St. And Vicinity (phase Ii), Sta. Cruz, District Iii, Manila. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Two Hundred Ten (210) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
