Description Invitation To Bid Ib-2025-021-infra Deepening / Desilting Along Cutcut Creek, Pasay City 1. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, In Accordance With Sections 7.5 And 7.6 Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (rirr), Allowing Early Procurement Activities (epa) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million, Nine Hundred Eighty-nine Thousand, Seven Hundred Eighty-nine Pesos And Sixty-five Centavos (php4,989,789.65) Being The National Expenditure Program (nep) Submitted To Congress As The Indicative Annual Procurement Plan (iapp) Based On The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Deepening / Desilting Along Cutcut Creek, Pasay City. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. No Award Of Contract Shall Be Made Until The Approval And Effectivity Of The General Appropriations Act (gaa). 2. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
