The Metro Kalibo Water District, Through The Corporate Budget For The Contract Approved By The Governing Board For The Year 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of: Approved Budget For The Contract Project Identification No. Four Hundred Fifty-five Thousand Pesos Only (php455,000.00) Pb_gd2024-07-016 (lot 1) - Sterilization And Sample Preparation Equipment Seven Hundred Eighteen Thousand Pesos Only (php718,000.00) Pb_gd2024-07-016 (lot 2) - Media Preparation And Storage Equipment Three Hundred Ninety-eight Thousand Pesos Only (php398,000.00) Pb_gd2024-07-016 (lot 3) - Glassware Sterilization, Liquid Measurement And Colony Counting Equipment Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Each Lot. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Metro Kalibo Water District Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Sixty (60) Calendar Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
