The Metro Cotabato Water District (mcwd), Through The Mcwd 2024 Corporate Budget Approved By Board Of Directors Intends To Apply The Sum Five Million Five Hundred Eighty-four Thousand Thirty-two Pesos (php5,584,032.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply Of Security Services For Mcwd Office And Various Facilities For A Period Of Three (3) Years (twenty-three (23) Guards For Eight (8) Hours Shift) For Cy 2024-2027 (pr#24-09-0446). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Metro Cotabato Water District Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. The Deployment Of Twenty-three (23) Security Guards Is Within 7 Calendar Days From The Issuance Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Whether Local Or Foreign, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184. 4.
