The Metro Cotabato Water District (mcwd), Through The Mcwd 2024 Corporate Budget Approved By Board Of Directors Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (php1,600,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning & Pump Laboratory Field Testing Of Two (2) Sets Brand New Vertical Turbine Pump For Tanuel Pumping Station (pr#24-05-0268). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Metro Cotabato Water District Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days From The Issuance Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
