Creation of a media and energy concept for the newly created Medical University of Lausitz - Carl Thiem as a contribution to the building structure concept currently being developed. This involves a combined examination and investigation of the existing media infrastructure and supply of the clinic (existing) with the newly created university part at a strategic level. Priority should be given to the parts of the supply networks that will be particularly affected by the structural changes (areas in the west and south). Necessary expansion and/or conversion space requirements for the media supply are to be identified to the extent that they can at least be designated as strategic placeholders and secured in the building structure concept. This should be limited to the media of electricity supply, waste water, drinking water, natural gas and district heating. The intersections with other media/supply lines must, however, also be taken into account. The media requirements of the entire site must be determined based on the specifications as a critical facility and with the integration of renewable energies, compared with the existing public infrastructure and gaps identified. Statements must be made as to how the technical center is to be converted or expanded and which locations are practically suitable for this. The rough investment costs must be determined for a derived preferred variant and an implementation/schedule must be proposed.

Since working with the Ra600 is only to be used as an emergency solution in the future, the individual functions are to be transferred to the Universal Viewer. An important function is to move the images from the external image archive to the PACS. For this purpose, a DICOM node from the external image archive to the PACS already exists. However, this node only allows a 1:1 copy of the images to the PACS; no RIS order is created. However, a RIS order is important again if the images are to be discussed at a tumor conference. The existing PANMporter is therefore to be supplemented with this use case/workflow.
