Title: Meath Co Co - Mh-tra-25-01 - Framework Agreement For Transportation Consultancy Services On Non-national Road Schemes description: Meath County Council As The Contracting Authority Proposes To Establish And Operate A Framework Agreement For Transportation Consultancy Services Including The Provision Of Project Supervisor Design Process (psdp) Services And Designer Services. It Is Proposed To Establish A Framework With A Minimum Of 5 And A Maximum Of 8 Participants For Consultancy Services For Schemes With An Estimated Construction Value Of Greater Than €50,000. If There Are Fewer Than 5 Candidates Who Pass The Suitability Assessment, The Tender Competition May Still Proceed Provided That The Number Of Candidates Is Sufficient For Genuine Competition. The Contracting Authority May Run Mini-competitions In Accordance With The Framework Agreement In Order To Enter Into A Call-off Contract For An Individual Project With A Participant. The Estimated Average Annual Expenditure On Consultancy Services Over The Lifetime Of The Framework Is €300,000. For Example, Over A Service Contract Period Of 4 Years The Estimated Total Expenditure Is €1,200,000. The Contracting Authority May Choose To Not Use The Framework And To Procure Transportation Consultancy Services Outside Of The Framework Agreement.
