Tenders are invited for reducing the energy intensity of the freezer operation of md logistika, a.S. ii - 3rd stage - replacement of 12 door openings in the freezer c1 - c8 - 2. control The subject of this contract is the implementation of the 3rd stage of the project entitled reduction of energy intensity of the freezer operation of the company md logistika, a.S. ii, namely the replacement of 12 door openings in the freezer c1 - c8. the subject of the 3rd stage is the replacement of 12 sliding gates. the gate is located on the north side and separates the handling corridor from the freezers (11 gates on the north side, 1 gate on the south side). existing doors are obsolete and do not meet the requirements in terms of insulation, control complexity or feed rate. they are leaky and considerably damaged, especially from the handling of forklift trucks (the doors themselves do not have too much mechanical resistance). another aspect to the planned replacement is their slow operation, which significantly increases the loss of cold from the individual freezer chambers. on the contrary, there is an undesirable increase in humid air that enters the chamber each time it is opened. the new modern door must have insulation, must prevent the passage of cold and warm air, must have high-speed operation and high impact resistance (especially from forklifts). the door will be fully automated. the door technology must be suitable for use at temperatures from 30 ° c to -30 ° c. the installation will take place during full operation in the existing construction openings of the freezer (c1, c2, c3b, c4c, c4d, c5c, c5d, c6c, c6d, c7c, c7d, c8b). the openings must be repaired before the new door is installed separately (existing sheet metal openings are damaged in places). after the installation of new doors, the sills will also be repaired. sill repair procedure including door installation: -disassembly of the original door (dismantled gates will be kept by the client - they will not be liquidated!) - installation of new gates -milling of the existing sill in the entire length under the door (approx. grooves-pouring of the groove with a special emulsion so that after opening the sliding door the opening is sealed requirements for new doors: -coefficient of heat transfer to the door u = max. 2.8 w / m2k, -doors operate in temperature mode from 30 ° c to -30 ° c, -automatic detection of movement of forklifts and people to the door (to and from the warehouse) and subsequent opening and closing of the door, -safety device before doors behind them that do not allow the door to close if someone / something is moving, -emergent door opening (power failure, door failure) from inside the warehouse, -requirement for vertical opening direction.-the leaf has a system that ensures active heating from reason for automatic de-icing from both sides.-requirement for the method of opening by rolling due to limited space, -door leaf withstands the impacts of handling equipment, -s
