Ramiro Sr. Medical Center (mharsmc), Through The General Appropriation Act Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eleven Million Five Hundred Ninety Two Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Three Pesos And Thirty Four Centavos Only (php 11,592,483.34) Being The Total Abc Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Laboratory, Blood Bank, Dental, & Radiology Supplies 2nd- Sem 2024 . Partial Bid Is Allowed. Unit Cost Indicated In The Bid Tender Is The Abc Per Line Item. Bid Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Mharsmc Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Twenty (20) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Prospective Bidders Should Have Experience In Undertaking A Similar Project Within The Last Two (2) Years, With An Amount Of At Least 25% Of The Total Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail”criteria As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184.
