Isolate The Chiller Unit From Condenser Water Main Line. 2. Drain The Water Inside Condenser Shell. 3.open The Condenser Water Return Box And Inspect Water Tubes Using Borescope To Determine The Scale Deposit. 4. Re-install The Return Box, Circulate Water And Chemicals Mixture Inside The Condenser To Soften The Scale Deposit. 5. Monitor Properties Of Mixture During Circulation Until Softening Of Scale To Avoid Damage To The Tubes. 6. Reopen The Return Box And Inspect If All Tubes Are Ready For Cleaning. 7. Perform Swabbing Of Tubes Until The Scale Is Totally Removed. 8. Inspect The Water Tubes Using Borescope To Ensure No Left Of Scale Deposit. 9. Pressure Washing And Rinsing Of Tubes With Water. 10. Re-install The Return Box, Refill Condenser Shell With Water And Leak Testing. 11. General Cleaning Of The Working Area. Notes: 1. Descaling Of Condenser Water Tubes Has A Warranty Of Not Less Than Six (6) Months. 2. "carrier" Chiller Nos. 3, 4 & 5 Are Under Warranty Of True-temp Corporation 2.
