The Laboratory Contractor Shall Conduct On-site Wastewater Sampling For Influent And Effluent Of Miaa Stp 1 And 2. The Parameters Are The Following: A. Color; B. Temperature; C. Ph; D. Chemical Oxygen Demand (cod); E. Settleable Solids (1-hour); F. Biochemical Oxygen Demand (bod5); G. Total Suspended Solids; H. Total Dissolved Solids; I. Surfactans (mbas); J. Oil And Grease; K. Phenolic Substances As Phenols; L. Total Coliforms; M. Fecal Coliforms; N. Ammonia; O. Nitrate; P. Phospate 2. All Analysis Shall Be Conducted Twice A Month For Influent And Effluent Of Stp 1 And 2. The Total Analysis Is 48 Tests In Six Months. 3. Scheduled Date Of Sampling Will Be Issued By The Mechanical Division Once The Work Order Was Received By The Contractor. 4. The Laboratory Contractor Shall Provide The Manpower And All The Necessary Materials Needed For Wastewater Sampling, Testing/analyzing And Liasing The Analysis Results To The End-user. 5. The Laboratory Contractor Must Submit Original Copies Of Analysis Results With One (1) Duplicate Copy (with Ctc) Each Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days After The Scheduled Sampling, For Documentation And Processing Of Payment. 6. The Laboratory Contractor Must Comply With The Requirements And The Necessary Procedure Of Miaa During Sampling Upon Entering The Premises Of The Required Sampling Points/area. Notes: 1. Testing Laboratory Must Be Denr Accredited. Submit Documentations As Proof Of Accreditation During The Bidding For Technical Evaluation. 2.
