Request for Proposals Malaria End-use Verification Survey Consultancy The U.S. President’s Malaria Initiative (PMI) in collaboration with the Ministry of Health Uganda’s Department of Pharmaceutics and Natural Medicine (DPNM), National Malaria Control Division (NMCD), and the Strengthening Supply Chain Systems Activity (SSCS) targets to implement the End Use Verification Survey a Malaria Program Monitoring activity. The goal for End-use verification is to reduce Malaria mortality and morbidity by improving the availability and use of Malaria medicines and commodities at the facility level. The purpose of the EUV survey is to assess the malaria supply chain and case management to determine the availability and use of key malaria medicine and commodities at the health facility level. This survey supplements existing approaches by the Ministry of health and NMCD to monitor product availability at different levels within the health system. SSCS plans to undertake the 12th EUV survey in 75 public and Private Not for Profit (PNFP) facilities in Uganda as per PMI’s End-Use Verification guidance.
