The financial eligibility criteria for bidders to participate in this tender are based on average annual financial turnover. The criteria are as follows: * Average annual financial turnover of all classes of Electrical engineering works only during the last five years. * The average annual financial turnover should be sufficient to qualify for the award of the contract, with specific values and percentages mentioned in the qualifying criteria: * At least three similar type of work construction of value not less than 40% of the updated cost (Rs. 2,36,62,372.00). * Alternatively, at least two similar type of work construction of value not less than 50% of the updated cost (Rs. 2,95,77,965.00). * Alternatively, at least one similar type of work construction of value not less than 80% of the updated cost (Rs. 4,73,24,744.00). Additionally, other financial eligibility points include: * Solvency Certificate: 20% of the cost of the work. * Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): Rs. 5,91,600/-. * Additional Performance Security: - 1% for every percent below 10% of the estimated cost. - 2% for every percent below 15% of the estimated cost, in addition to the 1% mentioned for the 10% threshold.
