The bidder should have a minimum of three (03) years of experience of providing manpower on outsourced basis to Public Sector Undertakings. The required prior work experience includes executing works of similar nature in any public sector during the last three years for value equal to 50% of the present contract under single contract, or under two contracts each of which should be equal to at least 30% of the present contract, or under three contracts each of which should be equal to at least 20% of the present contract. Additionally, the bidder shall have a positive net worth and an Average annual turnover of 50% of the tender cost as per the last 3 financial years. The bidder should also submit details of their experience, including the nature of work and year-wise order amount of works.
