The required prior work experience for the bidder is a minimum of three (03) years of experience of providing manpower on outsourced basis to public sector undertakings. Additionally, the bidder should have executed works of similar nature in any public sector during the last three years for a value equal to 50% of the present contract under single contract, or under two contracts each of which should be equal to at least 30% of the present contract, or under three contracts each of which should be equal to at least 20% of the present contract. The bidder shall also have an Average annual Turnover of Rs-175.13 Lakhs, which is 50% of the tender amount, as per last 3 financial years. Furthermore, for the skilled labor (Electrical Asst.), the required prior work experience is 05 years of practical experience in line Operation & Maintenance of substation equipments.
