The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a minimum of three years of experience in providing manpower on an outsourced basis to Public Sector Undertakings. The bidder should have executed works of similar nature in any Public Sector during the last three years for a value equal to 50% of the present contract, which is Rs. 2,25,00,000/-. Alternatively, the bidder should have executed works under two contracts each of which should be equal to at least 30% of the present contract, which is Rs. 1,35,00,000/- each, or under three contracts each of which should be equal to at least 20% of the present contract, which is Rs. 90,00,000/- each. For skilled labor positions, the required qualifications and experience are as follows: - Skilled Labour - Electrical: ITI Trade in Electrical with 5 years of practical experience in operation and maintenance of substation equipment's. - Skilled Labour - Office Assistant Cum Typist: ITI (Electrical/Wiremen) with Marathi & English Typing 30 wpm with Computer Literacy and proficiency in working on Computers in Windows, MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint. The bidder should have an Average Annual Turnover of Rs. 50% of the tender value as per the last 03 (Three) financial years. The required prior work experience for skilled labor includes ITI Electrical for substation & Line Maintained work with 5 years of practical experience in operation and maintenance of substation equipment's for Skilled Labour - Electrical Asstt., and proficiency in working on computers for Skilled Labour - Office Assistant Cum Typist. The bidder should submit relevant certificates to demonstrate their financial, technical capabilities, and eligibility criteria as prescribed in the tender document, including Experience Certificates. The value and percentage of similar works completed are 50% of the present contract value (Rs. 2,25,00,000/-), or two contracts of at least 30% (Rs. 1,35,00,000/- each), or three contracts of at least 20% (Rs. 90,00,000/- each) of the present contract value.
