The required prior work experience for the bidder is in the development of gardens, horticulture works, plantation of trees, and maintenance of gardens, trees, and plants, satisfactorily executed as a prime contractor or joint venture member during the last 7 years. The required experience can be in one of the following forms: - A single contract with a value of not less than Rs. 4.45 Crores (including GST). - Two contracts, each with a value of not less than Rs. 2.78 Crores (including GST). - Three contracts, each with a value of not less than Rs. 2.22 Crores (including GST). For joint venture members, 100% of the experience from previous works can be considered only if the claiming member has at least 60% share in the consortium for the relevant work. If the share is less than 60% but more than 20%, the experience will be considered proportionally to the percentage of participation. Members with less than 20% share cannot claim any experience against the work. The bidder is required to provide the value of work executed as per the experience certificate, but there is no specific percentage of similar works completed mentioned. The information on prior work experience is to be provided in Form-B-4, which includes details such as contract identification, name of work, name and address of the employer, contract value, status of work, and value of work executed.
