The required prior work experience for the bidder is a work experience certificate, signed by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer, for work executed in a Government Department, semi-Government, or local bodies. The work should have cost not less than 50% of the tender cost. The value of the work will be updated at 10% per annum (compounded) by multiplying the values with applicable factors. The work experience should be for a similar work completed during any of the last 5 financial years, with a single similar work completed in all respects costing not less than 50% of the cost put to tender. The bidder should have experience in government departments, semi-government, or local bodies, and should have been executed during any of the last 5 financial years. The amount of work will be updated at 10% per annum (compounded) by multiplying values with applicable factors, such as 1.1, 1.21, 1.33, 1.46, and 1.61. The bidder is also required to undertake that they would invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the work during implementation of the Contract.
