The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Experience in development of Solar Steam Cooking System on Turnkey basis, including Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning for 1300 people or more in the last seven financial years, with satisfactory operation for at least six months from the date of commissioning. - Experience in executing at least two Solar Steam Cooking Systems, each with a capacity of 260 people or more, in the last seven financial years. - Experience in SPV Power Plant, with a description of the experience to be provided. - Experience in other solar projects, with a description of the experience to be provided. - Experience in Guarantee, Maintenance & After Sales Services, with the number of years of experience to be specified. - Experience in supply and commissioning and O&M during CMC of Solar Steam Cooking System. As for the value and percentage of similar works completed: - No specific value or percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except that the bidder must have completed 75% or more of the works allotted by MEDA within the stipulated time limits, if they have worked with MEDA in the earlier two years. - The minimum Average Annual turnover during the last three financial years should be at least 40% of the estimated Project cost/Cost estimate. - The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 3,26,74,240/-, and the bidder needs to submit an earnest money deposit of Rs. 3,26,742/-, which is approximately 0.1% of the estimated cost. - The security deposit required is 3% of the contract value.
