To be considered, bidders must have completed at least five building projects costing ₹50.00 Crores each, or five projects costing at least ₹10.00 Crores each in the last five years. Supporting certificates from an Executive Engineer or equivalent are required. An 8% compounded annual value increase should be added to these figures. Additionally, bidders must demonstrate an annual financial turnover of ₹50.00 Lacs in any one financial year during the past five years, with audited CA certification. They should not have incurred losses in more than two years during the last five years, also with CA certification. The evaluation criteria include a maximum of 30 marks for the amount of relevant similar projects completed within one month of the bid submission deadline in the last five financial years. Specific monetary values for project costs are categorized as follows: up to ₹50 Crore (10 marks), ₹50-60 Crore (20 marks), and above ₹60 Crore (30 marks).
