The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works. The specific requirements are as follows: - In case of completion of a single work of similar nature, the work should cost not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. - In case of completion of two works of similar nature, each work should cost not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender. - In case of completion of three works of similar nature, each work should cost not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The cost of previous completed works shall be given a simple weightage of 5% per year to bring them to the current price level while evaluating the qualification requirement of the bidder. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works in support of eligibility criteria during the last seven years, including monetary value and period.
