The bidder must have experience of works of similar nature, with the value of executed works given a simple weightage to bring them to the current price level by adding 5% for each completed year after the end date of experience. The experience should be within the last 7 years, with a value of at least 50% of the annualized estimated value of the work put to tender for completion periods over 1 year, or 50% of the estimated value of the work for completion periods up to 1 year. The bidder needs to furnish information, including start date and end date of each qualifying experience, work order number, name and address of employer, percentage share of each experience, and executed value of work against each experience. A Work Experience Certificate issued by the employer is also required, containing all the information sought, including the executed value of work against each experience. In the case of a Joint Venture, the lead partner should have at least 50% participating share, and other partners should have at least 20% participating share. The experience of individual partners may be furnished as the work experience of the bidder. The average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should possess at least the required working capital, which is at least 20% of the "Annualized value or Estimated value whichever is less" of this work.
