The required prior work experience for the bidder can be fulfilled in the following manner: (a) Completion of a single work of similar nature costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. (b) Completion of two works of similar nature, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender. (c) Completion of three works of similar nature, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. In the case of a Joint Venture (JV), the experience of individual partners can be combined to meet the qualification criteria. The cost of previous completed works will be given a simple weightage of 5% per year to bring them to the current price level. A Satisfactory Work Completion Certificate issued by the employer against the experience of similar work is needed, containing all the information furnished by the bidder online. The estimated cost put to tender is above ₹2.00 Crores for Joint Ventures. The bidder must have completed similar works with values as mentioned above, either as a single work, two works, or three works, with the specified percentages of the estimated cost put to tender.
