The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Project Manager: 10 years of similar work experience, with a total of 15 years of work experience, and 5 years of experience in a similar position. 2. Material Engineer: 7 years of similar work experience, with a total of 10 years of work experience, and 3 years of experience in a similar position. 3. Site/Field Engineer (Road & Bridge): 7/10 years of similar work experience, with a total of 10/15 years of work experience, and 3/5 years of experience in a similar position. 4. Plants & Equipment Engineers: 7 years of similar work experience, with a total of 10 years of work experience, and 3 years of experience in a similar position. 5. Quality Control & Testing Engineer: 7 years of similar work experience, with a total of 10 years of work experience, and 3 years of experience in a similar position. 6. Quantity Surveyor: 7 years of similar work experience, with a total of 10 years of work experience, and 3 years of experience in a similar position. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of more than Rs. 5.00 Cr. The bidder is required to have an average annual construction turnover on the construction works of not less than 50% of the probable amount of contract during the last 5 Financial years. The percentage of similar works completed is based on the following criteria: - three similar works each costing not less than 20% of the probable amount of contract - two similar works each costing not less than 30% of the probable amount of contract - one similar work costing not less than 50% of the probable amount of contract In case of Joint Venture, specific criteria are mentioned, including the lead partner and other partner satisfying certain conditions based on the value of similar works completed.
