Prequalification are invited for Provision of wgdp - ewlfl: mentorship coordination Provide support and guidance to mentors during the preparation sessions with the mentors prior to each cycle. Design the mentorship intervention during the networking events and manage the opening and ending mentorship component during the same events Share knowledge and experiences with the mentors in order to help them develop strategies for action with the mentees as per the respective business sector. Encourage mentors to have ongoing commitment to aims and goals of the project. Maintain confidentiality of the information shared by the mentors and mentees. Follow-up and verify the progress of the mentorship activities. Provide feedback to the Deputy Programs Director on the process and activities undertaken by the mentors Participate in the evaluation of the mentoring program by completing the end of cycle evaluation survey.
