The bidder is required to have prior work experience in Civil Engineering construction, with a total value of work performed in the last five years being at least Rs. ………..Crore (indexed to current price level @ 10% increase). The bidder should also provide information on the value of works remaining to be completed, with a value of at least RsCr. The bidder should have average annual turnover worth minimum 40% of the estimated cost during the last five consecutive years. The bidder is required to have completed eligible similar nature of works (Facade Light / Street Light / Relevant work of Street Light with Civil Construction Work) during the last seven years previous day to the last date of submission of bid. The bidder needs to submit a list of eligible similar nature of works completed, along with certified copies of the tax deducted at source certificate (TDS), and the TDS amount should tally with the actual amount of work done. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last 7 years.
