The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed works of a similar nature, with a value of at least 40% of the estimated cost of the current project, over the last five consecutive years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last 7 years, with specific requirements being: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost - OR - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost - OR - One similar completed work each costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost The bidder should also have an average annual turnover worth a minimum of 40% of the estimated cost during the last five consecutive years. For specific components like the CCTV System, the bidder should have completed one similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the component, or two similar completed works costing each of not less than 60% of the cost of the component, or three similar completed works costing each of not less than 40% of the cost of the component. The value of completed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing at a simple rate of 10% per annum. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 696.97 lakhs.
