The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in civil engineering construction work, with a total value of work performed in the last five years. The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature, such as building construction, horticulture work, or other related fields. The bidder should have completed similar works with specific requirements, including: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost - One similar completed work each costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost The bidder should have completed eligible similar works with a minimum average annual turnover of 40% of the estimated cost during the last five consecutive years. The experience required varies based on the nature of the work, including specific requirements for Bituminous Road work, Building Construction, Sewer and water supply, Survey work, and Maintenance Work, among others. The bidder should provide details of their past work experience, including the project name, employer, contract number, completion cost, and date of completion, along with a certificate from the engineer-in-charge for the completed projects. The bidder is also required to have a minimum cash investment of up to 25% of the value of the work during the implementation of the contract. Additionally, the bidder should demonstrate access to liquid assets and/or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the value of the contract/contracts applied for, certified by the Bankers.
