The bidder should have completed similar nature of works during the last seven years previous to the day of submission of bid. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last 7 years. The requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than Rs…... Crores (40% of estimated cost) - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than Rs…... Crores (60% of estimated cost) - One similar completed work, each costing not less than Rs…... Crores (80% of estimated cost) The estimated cost of the work is Rs: 5,15,28,620.00. For the Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) packages, specifically for the CCTV System component, the bidder should have completed works with values not less than 80%, 60%, or 40% of the cost of the component. The bidder should have average annual turnover worth minimum 40% of the estimated cost during the last five consecutive years. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years ending up to the last financial year. The bidder's prior work experience is considered, provided the work performed as a prime contractor or as a nominated subcontractor involved the execution of all main items of work described in the bid document, in works of a similar nature over the last five years.
