The Provider Will Provide An Accessible, Non-stigmatising, Young People Friendly And Flexible Professional Service In Response To The Psychological Problems Of Care Experienced Young People Aged 16 To 24 Years. Provision Of Additional Counselling & Psychotherapy In Community Locations For Young People Aged 16-24 Is An Integral Part Of Camden's Minding The Gap Project. The Minding The Gap Project Aims To Improve Existing Mental Health Services For Young People And Develop An Integrated System From Which A Range Of Services Can Operate To Meet The Needs Of 16 - 24-year-olds Holistically, In Addition To Enabling Staff To Share Skills And Knowledge.
