Please Submit Your Quotation Subject To The General Conditions Specified Below At The 2nd Floor, Bac Building, Front Of Senior Citizen’s Office, Mabini St., Oton, Iloilo, On Or Before 5:00 P.m. Of March 11, 2024. The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Is Php 140,400.00. Price Quotation Received In Excess Of The Approved Budget Of The Contract (abc) Shall Be Automatically Rejected. General Conditions Must Be Followed Such As: 1. All Entries Must Be Completely Filled Up Hand Written Or Type Written And Signed By The Supplier Or Its Authorized Representative; 2. Late Submission Of Price Quotation Will Not Be Accepted. 5. The Contractor/supplier With The Lowest Quotation Shall Submit The Documentary Requirements To Wit Prior To Payment: A.) Mayor’s/business Permit; Or Only The Bir Certificate Of Registration Shall Be Submitted In Lieu Of Mayor’s Permit, For Individuals Engaged Under Sec. 53.6, 53.7 And 53.9); B.) Philgeps Registration Number; Or C.) Certificate Of Platinum Membership May Be Submitted In Lieu A & B; D.) Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) – For Infrastructure; E.)
