Cleaning Services At Livewest Main Offices We Are Looking To Appoint A Provider That Will Meet Or Exceed Our Requirements In Delivering A Friendly, Reliable, Quality And Timely Cleaning Service That Offers A Range Of Quality Cleaning At Competitive Prices In Our Main Offices. • Beneficiaries Of The Office Cleaning Service Are, Livewest Colleagues, Contractors And Visitors. • Normal Hours Of Business Are Monday To Friday, 7am To 7pm (excluding Bank Holidays). Service To Be Carried Out Between The Hours Of 17:00 And 20:00 Monday Through To Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). • Any Issues Occurring On The Premises During Hours Of Work Are To Be Reported To The Facilities Team. Non Urgent Matters To Be Communicated In Writing In A Record Book And Urgent Matters Communicated Directly By Telephone To The Local Facilities Team, Or Security Partners After 5pm. • Key Outputs From The Contract Will Be: To Maintain A Hygienically Clean, Safe And Healthy Working Environment For All Our Employees. • To Support Relevant Livewest Priorities, Strategic Objectives And Livewest Policies. • To Ensure That All Work Carried Out Conforms To The Livewest’s Specific Requirements And Legal Obligations. • To Regularly Monitor Performance And Report Back To The Contract Administrator/facilities Coordinator, Maintaining Regular Communication. • To Undertake Regular Reviews Of The Service To Identify And Implement Improvements, Performance And Value For Money. • We Also Want To Appoint A Provider Who Is Committed To Working With Us To Develop Volunteering, Learning Or Employment Opportunities For Our Residents And Local People.
