Current Return Device (earth Brush) Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Php1,684,480.00 Bid Security Cash/cc-mcbank Draft/ Guarantee Or Ilc (2%) ₱33,689.60 Surety Bond (5%) ₱84,224.00 Cost Of Bid Documents ₱5,000.00 Note: Prospective Bidders Have The Option To Post A Bid Securing Declaration Which Commits To Pay The Corresponding Amount As Fine And Be Suspended For A Period Of Time From Being Qualified To Participate In Any Government Procurement Activity In The Event It Violates Any Of The Conditions Stated Therein As Required In The Guidelines Issued By The Gppb. The Delivery Period Is Six (6) Months Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp)/purchase Order. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Fifteen (15) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders).
