Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Delivery Period Is One (1) Month Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp)/purchase Order. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Fifteen (15) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
