The Light Rail Transit Authority (lrta), Through Its Corporate Operating Budget Cy 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eleven Million Six Hundred Nine Thousand Four Hundred (₱11,609,400.00) Pesos Only, Inclusive Of All Duties, Taxes, And/or Other Charges, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Afore-mentioned Contract. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. This Procurement Will Be Governed By The Rules On Early Procurement Activities (epa) Under Appendix 31 Of Ra 9184. One (1) Lot Supply Of Various Timber Ties Approved Budget For The Contract (abc)( ₱) ₱11,609,400.00 Bid Security Cash/cc-mcbank Draft/ Guarantee Or Ilc (2%) ₱232,188.00 Surety Bond (5%) ₱580,470.00 Cost Of Bid Documents ₱25,000.00 Note: Prospective Bidders Have The Option To Post A Bid Securing Declaration Which Commits To Pay The Corresponding Amount As Fine And Be Suspended For A Period Of Time From Being Qualified To Participate In Any Government Procurement Activity In The Event It Violates Any Of The Conditions Stated Therein As Required In The Guidelines Issued By The Gppb. The Delivery Period Is Nine (9) Months Upon Receipt Of Contract / Purchase Order (p.o.). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Fifteen (15) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders).
