The Light Rail Transit Authority (lrta), Through Its Corporate Operating Budget Cy 2025, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million (₱2,000,000.00) Pesos Only, Inclusive Of All Duties, Taxes, And/or Other Charges, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Afore-mentioned Contract. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. This Procurement Will Be Governed By The Rules On Early Procurement Activities (epa) Under Appendix 31 Of Ra 9184. Lrta Now Invites Bids From Prospective/interested Bidders With The Following Details: Description One (1) Lot Design, Supply/delivery And Installation Of One (1) Lot Various Lrt-2 Signages Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) ₱2,000,000.00 Bid Security Cash/cc-mc Bank Draft/ Guarantee Or Ilc (2%) ₱40,000.00 Surety Bond (5%) ₱100,000.00 Cost Of Bid Documents ₱5,000.00 Note: Prospective Bidders Have The Option To Post A Bid Securing Declaration Which Commits To Pay The Corresponding Amount As Fine And Be Suspended For A Period Of Time From Being Qualified To Participate In Any Government Procurement Activity In The Event It Violates Any Of The Conditions Stated Therein As Required In The Guidelines Issued By The Gppb. The Delivery Period Is Forty-five (45) Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp)/purchase Order. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Fifteen (15) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedure Using A Non-discretionary” Pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Implementing Rules And Regulations (r-irr) Of Republic Act No. 9184.
