Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Lrta Now Invites Bids From Prospective/interested Bidders With The Following Details: Description Contract For The Supply One (1) Lot Systematic Replacement Of Air-conditioning System At Mainline Stations Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) ₱17,215,130.00 Bid Security Cash/cc-mcbank Draft/ Guarantee Or Ilc (2%) ₱344,302.60 Surety Bond (5%) ₱860,756.50 Cost Of Bid Documents ₱25,000.00 Note: Prospective Bidders Have The Option To Post A Bid Securing Declaration Which Commits To Pay The Corresponding Amount As Fine And Be Suspended For A Period Of Time From Being Qualified To Participate In Any Government Procurement Activity In The Event It Violates Any Of The Conditions Stated Therein As Required In The Guidelines Issued By The Gppb. The Contract Period Is One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Fifteen (15) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedure Using A Non-discretionary” Pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Implementing Rules And Regulations (r-irr) Of Republic Act No. 9184.
