Description One (1) Lot Pest Control Services For Line 1 And Line 2 Depot And Revenue Line Under Pr No. Rs-2404-123 And Itb No. 2404-077-05 Please Quote Your Lowest Price Inclusive Of Vat And Applicable Taxes On The Item/s Listed Below, Subject To The Terms And Conditions Set Forth Hereunder, Stating Among Others The Shortest Time Of Delivery And Submit Your Quotation Duly Signed By Your Duly Authorized Representative Personally Or Through Electronic Mail On Or Before August 15, 2024. 1 Lot - Pest Control Services For Line 1 And Line 2 Depot And Revenue Line Scope Of Work: The Works To Be Done Under This Project Consist Of Supply, Delivery And Application Of All The Materials, Tools, Equipment, Supervision, Including Labor And Other Related Items For The Proper Implementation And Completion For The Pest Control Services Of Lrta Line 1 And Line 2 In Compliance With The "vermin Control " Of The Code Of Sanitation Of The Philippines ( Presidential Degree 856), And Other Related Laws And Issuances Are Hereby Adopted For Compliance By All Covered Establishments, Entities And Individuals. The Supplier Is To Understand That Any Work Not Specifically Mentioned Within The General Scope Hereto But Essential To The Project Shall Be Done As If Was Particularly Defined And Described Under The Terms Of This Agreement. Any Necessary, Materials, Equipment And Accessories Needed To Accomplish Such Activity Of The Project Shall Be Provided By The Contractor Without Additional Cost To The Authority Incidental Services: The Supplier Is Required To Provide All Of The Following Services, Including Additional Services, If Any, Specified In Schedule Of Requirements.
