Description Invitation To Apply For Eligibility And To Bid The Barangay Government Of Tejero, San Luis, Batangas, Through Its Barangay Bids And Awards Committee (bbac), Invites Contractors Registered With And Classified By The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) To Apply For Eligibility And If Found Eligible , To Bid For The Re: Schedule Of Bidding Of Hereunder Project: Name Of Project : Construction Of Riprap Location : Tejero, San Luis, Batangas Brief Description : Supply Of Labor & Materials For The Construction Of Riprap Item I: Clearing And Grubbing Item Ii: Surplus Common Excavation Item Iii: Grouted Riprap, Class A Item Iv: Mobilization And Demobilization Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) : 500,000.00 Contract Duration : Twenty (20) Calendar Days Prospective Bidders Should Posses A Valid Pcab License Applicable To The Contract, Have Completed A Similar Contract With A Value Of At Least 50% Of The Abc, And Have Key Personnel And Equipment (listed In The Eligibility Forms) Available For The Prosecution Of The Contract. The Bac Will Use Non-discretionary “pass/fail’ Criteria In The Eligibility Check/screening As Well As The Preliminary Examination Of Bids. The Bbac Will Conduct Post-qualification Of The Lowest Calculated Bid. All Particulars Relative To Eligibility Statement And Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation Of Bids, Post Qualification And Award Of Contract Shall Be Governed By The Pertinent Provisions Of R.
