Contract Id 23cabua-an002 Name Of Project Gravelling/opening Of Farm-to-market Road Of Barangay Cabua-an Location Cabua-an, Maddela, Quirino Scope Of Work Earthworks, Surface Courses, Drainge Approved Budget Cost (abc) P 400,000.00 Source Of Fund 20% Barangay Development Fund Contract Duration 60 Calendar Days The Bac Will Conduct The Procurement Process In Accordance With The Revised Irr Of R.a. 9184, Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Opening Of Bid. To Bid For The Contract, A Supplier/dealer Must Purchase Bid Documents And Must Meet The Following Major Criteria (a) Registration Certificate From The Department Of Trade & Industry (dti) For Sole Proprietorship, (b) Filipino-citizen Of 75% Filipino-owned Partnership, Corporation, Cooperative, Or Joint Venture, (c) Pcab License Applicable To The Type And Cost Of This Contract, (d) Mayor’s Permit Issued By The Municipality Where The Place Of Business, (e) Philgeps Registration Certificate, (f) Tax Clearance Certificate, (g) Completion Of Similar Contract Costing At Least 25% Of Abc, Within A Period Of Ten (10) Years, (h) Net Financial Contracting Capacity At Least Equal To Abc, Or Credit Line Commitment For At Least 10% Of The Abc, (i) Audited Financial Statement, Stamped “received” By The Bureau Of Internal Revenue (bir) Or Its Duly Accredited And Authorized Institutions, For The Preceding Calendar Year, Which Should Not Be Earlier Than Two (2) Years From Bid Submission. The Pre-bid Conference Shall Be Open To All Interested Parties Who Have Purchased The Bidding Documents Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security, In The Amount And Acceptable Forms, As Stated In Section 27.2 Of The Revised Irr. Prospective Bidders Shall Submit Their Duly Accomplished Forms As Specified In The Bidding Documents In Two (2) Separate Sealed Bid Envelope To The Bac Chairman.
