The Local Barangay Of Cabua-an, Through The 20% Barangay Development Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-eight Pesos (p 199,948.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Labor And Materials For The Completion Of Child Learning Center With Project Identification Number 24-cabuaan-002. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Local Barangay Of Cabua-an, Through The 20% Barangay Development Fund Of Cy 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-eight Pesos (p 199,948.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Each Lot. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Barangay Of Cabua-an Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Not Later Than Thirty (30) Calendar Days From The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
