The Purpose Of This Announcement Is To Solicit Oral History Projects Exploring The Impact Of Covid-19 On Frontline Workers In A Range Of Sectors Across The United States. Contractors Funded Under This Program Will Conduct Oral History Interviews To Document The Changes Brought About By The Covid-19 Pandemic In Experience, Perspective And Adaptive Strategies Of Workers Over Time. the Library Intends To Issue Up To Six Firm, Fixed Price Contracts For $30,000 Each From This Solicitation. The Actual Awards Might Be Less Than $30,000. The Library May Choose To Make No Awards Or More Than Six Awards From This Solicitation.  The Library Has The Right To Select For Award A Contract Type That Is Appropriate For The Specific Proposal Selected For Award. The Contract Types Include Standard Commercial Contracts And Library Contracts For Technical And Professional Services.
