The Classification Web Subscription Database Service is Currently In Use At The Library And This Requirement Is For Maintenance And Licensing To Support This solution. This Solution Can Only Be Procured Directly From The Oem, Minaret, As There Are No Re-sellers Of This Solution.  The Library's Brand Name Justification And Sole Source Of This Requirement To Minaret Is Attached To This Posting For Review. please Note That This Is Not A Solicitation Nor Will The Library Accept Unsolicited Proposals.
