LapIT Oy is an in-house company producing ICT and information management services owned by municipalities and municipal corporations. Our owner-customers currently include a total of 30 organizations. Our operating area covers the regions of Northeast Finland and Lapland. Our services consist of basic information technology and ICT infrastructure services, as well as a growing variety of information management expert services for the needs of our owner-customers. Customer sectors that use our services include social and health services, educational and cultural services, community services, and administrative and support services. We produce services in close cooperation with our numerous partners. In the expert competition, our goal is to update our partner portfolio in various expert needs to support the development of LapIT's services and operations, LapIT Oy requests offers for expert services in different categories in accordance with Appendix 3 ICT expert services definition of requirements and pricing. Procurement is divided into 29 sub-areas: 1. Definition and design (purchase value no more than €300,000) 2. Monitoring and measurement services (purchase value no more than €300,000) 3. Tietoturva consultant (value of purchase no more than €300,000) Based on the competition, a framework arrangement is formed. The customer selects a maximum of five (5) suppliers for each sub-area, with whom it enters into customer-specific and sub-area-specific framework agreements. The suppliers of sub-areas 1-29 can be the same bidder or different bidders. The selected supplier can also be a group formed by bidders. Based on the contract made based on the tender, the subscriber has the right to use the service himself and sell the service on to his current and possibly future customers. Customers are mainly located in Lapland and North Ostrobothnia. The expert services of the agreement are implemented as a framework arrangement. The scope of the contract and the requirements regarding the service are described in more detail in this request for tender, the Procurement Agreement and the Requirements Specification and price form (Appendix 3).
