The Laguna State Polytechnic University, Intends To Procure 1-unit Brand New Mini Backhoe/ Excavator For Lspu Siniloan Campus With An Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Of One Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (php1,400,000.00). 2.
