Description Supply Of Labor And Materials For The Resealing Of Glass Wall At The 4th Floor Ogm And 3 Rd Floor Library Located At The North Portion Of The Llda Building Including The Fabrication And Installation Of Canopy For The Window Opening. Scope Of Works: 1. Inspection Of The 285 Pcs Window Glass. 2. Stripping Of The Old Sealant At The Window Glass And Perform Sealing Works Using The Approved Materials That Repels Water During Rain. The Material Must Be Also Able To Withstand Weather Changes (sun And Rain) And The Material Does Not Crack Easily After Its Application. 3. Leak Testing Works After Sealant Application. It Must Be Subjected To Water Test To Check The Integrity Of The Sealant After Its Application. If There Are Water Leaks After The Test, It Must Be Repaired Immediately And Shall Be Subjected To The Same Test Until It Is Repaired Completely.
