The Doh-labuan General Hospital, Through The Health Facility Enhancement Program 2023 (php 66,720,000.00) And Hfep 2024 (php 60,000,000.00) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Twenty-six Million, Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (126,720,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Proposed Design And Build Of 5-storey Main Hospital Building With Basement And Roof Deck: Phase-1 Hospital Construction. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Doh-labuan General Hospital Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Five Hundred Forty (540) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
